Beyoncé Donates $2.5 Million to Los Angeles Fire Relief

Beyoncé's BeyGOOD charity foundation has donated $2.5 million to fire relief in Los Angeles.

“The fund is earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who lost their homes, and to churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires,” the foundation shared on Instagram. Multiple organizations and corporations have donated money to help with relief efforts amid the ongoing destructive fires in Southern California, which are yet to be fully contained. The singer recently teased Jan. 14 in an Instagram video, although it’s unclear exactly what she’s planning to announce (or if she’ll decide to postpone it due to the fires).
