Beyoncé has delayed her Jan. 14 mystery announcement in the wake of the L.A. fires.
Hours after donating $2.5 million to fire relief efforts through her BeyGOOD foundation, Beyoncé made another big announcement regarding her Jan. 14 mystery reveal. “The Jan. 14 announcement will be postponed to a later date due to the devastation caused by the ongoing wildfires around areas of Los Angeles,” Beyoncé wrote on Instagram Monday night, “I continue to pray for healing and rebuilding for the families suffering from trauma and loss. Beyoncé’s $2.5 million pledge through her foundation BeyGOOD, established in 2013, will directly provide funds to families who have lost their homes in the Altadena and Palisades fires.
