The 2009 rom-com followed the unconventional relationship between Margaret (Sandra Bullock) and her assistant Andrew (Ryan Reynolds) after the book publisher learns she’s about to be deported. White is perhaps best known for her roles on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Golden Girls and Hot in Cleveland, but she also appeared in several popular films such as The Proposal, You Again and Lake Placid.
