Betsy Brandt, Aya Cash, Ella Rubin, Thomas Sadoski & Mimi Rogers are set to star in 'Adult Children,' a new coming-of-age dramedy.
When a crisis provides her the rare opportunity to spend time with her significantly older half-siblings (Brandt, Cash & Sadoski), she hopes they’ll be able to shed some light on what it means to be an adult, only to be disappointed when she discovers they’re all faking it. Executive producers are Randy Lennox and Christopher Keyser, as well as Kelly Waller, Ted Reilly and Mark Glassgow for Chicago Media Angels, which financed the project, and Michele Girgis for Rock River Studios. Previously teaming with writer Marks on Killing Eleanor, a 2020 dramedy that premiered at SCAD Savannah Film Festival, Newey is also known for his work on shows like God Friended Me, Blindspot, and The Fosters, as well as numerous TV movies and high-profile music videos.
