BET Awards 2024: Will Smith Performs New Single 'You Can Make It'
Smith brought the church to the BET Awards!
Will Smith brought the crowd to church at the 2024 BET Awards tonight (June 30) by debuting his new single "You Can Make It," just two days after releasing the track which features Fridayy and Sunday Service Choir. The Academy Award-winning actor's first-ever BET Awards performance was joined by Fridayy and Sunday Service Choir, as well as a surprise appearance from Kirk Franklin. “Nobody gets an easy ride / We all have a cross to bear / But there’s wisdom in the fire / And every moment is an opportunity / Embrace the journey,” Smith said as he closed out the song.
