BET Awards 2024: Tems Turns up the Temperature with These Sultry Visuals
The Nigerian singer-songwriter is nominated for 'Video Director of the Year.'
Tems has showcased her talents in front of and behind the camera, crafting mesmerizing music videos for tracks like “Me & U” and her later single “Love Me JeJe,” which have garnered widespread acclaim from fans since their release. Tems’ “Love Me JeJe,” from her debut studio album Born in the Wild, pays homage to her homeland and the song of the same name by fellow Nigerian singer-songwriter Seyi Sodimu, released in the late '90s. Wizkid and Tems delivered the song of the summer with their 2020 hit single “Essence.” Directed by Director K, the music video, filmed in Accra, Ghana, perfectly complements the track's tropical and relaxed vibe.
