Berlin Film Festival Full Lineup: Richard Linklater’s ‘Blue Moon’ Starring Ethan Hawke, Michel Franco’s ‘Dreams’ With Jessica Chastain and More


Berlin Film Festival is unveiling its full lineup.

As previously announced, the fest will open with Tom Tykwer’s “The Light,” the German director’s return to the big screen after seven years and four seasons working on the hit series “Babylon Berlin.” Bong Joon Ho’s “Mickey 17,” a sci-fi black comedy starring Robert Pattinson, is set to play in the Berlinale Special section alongside Justin Kurzel’s World War II series “The Narrow Road to the Deep North,” headlined by Jacob Elordi. “May December” director Todd Haynes is serving as the president of this year’s competition jury, and Tilda Swinton will receive the festival’s Golden Bear for Lifetime Achievement.
