Benj Pasek & Justin Paul achieve EGOT status with an Emmy win for song "Which of the Pickwick Triplets Did It?" from 'Only Murders In The Building'.
Pasek, Paul, along with Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, shared the Original Music and Lyrics Emmy for their work on “Which of the Pickwick Triplets Did It?”, performed on the show by Steve Martin. “I think the getting to this alongside two of our musical heroes, Marc and Scott, who gave us our very first job in television is what makes it most meaningful.” Pasek and Paul previously told Deadline that they were amazed at Martin’s ability to perform the rapid-fire song, which he nailed in a tight two-hour time window.
