Ben Shephard is heading to ITV's This Morning to join Cat Deeley as the show's new presenter - however, the broadcaster is gutted to leave behind Kate Garraway at GMB
The presenter, 49, has spent the last 10 years at GMB, however he's moving slots in the schedule to become one of the new faces of This Morning alongside SM:TV star Cat Deeley. Speaking about the move, Ben revealed that while he's excited for the role, he's gutted to leave behind his "on-screen wife of nearly 20 years" Kate. He said abandoning his GMB co-star, who recently lost her husband Derek Draper, made joining This Morning the “hardest decision”.
