ITV This Morning and Tipping Point host Ben Shephard has kept his life with his interior designer wife Annie largely under wraps since they tied the knot in 2004

This Morning's Ben Shephard shared a rare snap with his wife Annie as he talked about his goal to be in the best shape of his life by his 50th birthday. "Hairy Biker Si King on TM for the first time since he lost his great friend Dave Myers was wonderful, especially cooking a delicious curry which was how their friendship blossomed," he revealed. Sharing what else he's been up to during an action-packed week, he added: "Some @foundaryfit beasting time spent with the boys playing golf (Jack my son is a proper bandit) and of course a beer or two with the old man.
