Ben Platt announces 18-day residency at the Palace Theater on Broadway in support of his first solo album Honeymind


Ben Platt is making big moves this week. He released a new single, revealed the release date of his next album and announced an 18-show residency at Broadway's Palace Theater.

'Like my foremothers Liza and Judy before me, it is far beyond my wildest imagination to announce that I'll be playing a 3-week concert residency at the Palace on Broadway,' the Dear Evan Hansen star, 30, wrote on Instagram; Pictured in 2019 with Beanie Feldstein 'The evening, the latest chapter of a storied career jam-packed with hits and acclaimed performances in Dear Evan Hanson, Pitch Perfect, and Parade, will showcase Platt’s insightful original lyrics and breathtaking vocals from the new album,' the press release stated. 'I feel perpetually blessed to be part of the theatre community, and to have the opportunity to perform as myself and from my own perspective in this newly reopened, storied Broadway house is one of the greatest honors of my life,' he continued, pictured in 2019
