The adventurer, presenter and writer Ben Fogle found fame on the BBC reality show Castaway 2000 and has since completed a series of feats, including rowing the Atlantic and climbing Everest. The whole climb was beautiful and moving and reaching the summit affected me profoundly — it changed my whole attitude on life. My aunt Alex worked for Elton John so we got tickets to the greatest show on earth.
