While Ben noted that the residents of Derby were welcoming towards the cast and crew who descended upon their town to film the show, he said the local critters were less friendly. Also starring in the show is Perry Mooney of the ABC's Gold Diggers series, who plays another outsider to the tiny town, Cassie. Tony Briggs from The Twelve, Genevieve Lemon (The Tourist), Halifax actor Rick Donald, Pippa Grandison (Frayed) and Rake's Steve Le Marquand round out the all-star cast.
