Ben Affleck is leaving the rental property he moved to during his marital struggles with Jennifer Lopez and heading to a new $20M pad.
Ben and Jennifer announced their divorce in August citing irreconcilable differences and the Hollywood star had spent the months prior at the rental house. Ben and Jen, who are currently working on mediating their divorce with lawyer Laura Wasser, bought their marital home in May 2023 for $60.8million - and had received and accepted a $64 million offer from a couple from New Jersey, per TMZ. Ben and Jennifer announced their divorce in August citing irreconcilable differences and the Hollywood star had spent the months prior at the rental house (pictured September 2021)
