It's A Knockout star Fiona MacDonald had been battling Motor Neurone Disesase but in recent years, has refused further treatment for the condition due to the unrelenting symptoms of the cruel disease. Fiona, who later traded the spotlight for the vineyards to run her own wine business, had pre-written her goodbye, leaving her sister Kylie the solemn duty of sharing it with the world. Until then: 'May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, May the rain fall softly upon your fields until we meet again, And may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.'"
