Beloved music stars killed in tragic plane crash leaving fans devastated
The Nelons, a family gospel group, were on their way to perform on a cruise ship when the plane they were travelling in crashed, killing three members of the band
"Killed in the crash were Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, Amber and Nathan Kistler and their assistant, Melodi Hodges, along with the pilot, Larry Haynie and his wife, Melissa. The Gaithers, famous gospel singers, had planned their music-themed Alaska cruise to set out from Seattle on Saturday, heading through the serene Puget Sound. Kelly, alongside her distinct musical career, showcased her acting talent, making appearances in the ABC fantasy drama Resurrection, and re-enacting scenes for the docu-series Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda.
