On Thursday, the indie star announced that she’ll release her album This Is How Tomorrow Moves on Aug. 16 as she teases the record by dropping lead single “Take a Bite.” The new record was produced by Rick Rubin in his Shangri-La Studio and captures “themes of self-acceptance and personal growth” and also serves as “a love letter to her younger self and all that she’s been through,” according to a press release. This Is How Tomorrow Moves marks Bea’s fifth studio album, after releasing Beatopia, featuring songs like “The Perfect Pair,” “Sunny Da,” and “Tinkerbell Is Overrated” with PinkPantheress, in 2022.
