BBC Unscripted Supremo Kate Phillips Takes On Interim Content Chief Role Following Shock Charlotte Moore Exit Announcement
The BBC's Charlotte Moore will be replaced by Kate Phillips in the interim after her shock exit to Left Bank was announced
Phillips will work closely with Moore over the coming weeks to “ensure a seamless transition for the Content division,” Davie wrote, and she will also join the BBC Executive Committee. In her current post, she oversees hundreds of hours of shows per year including The Traitors, Strictly Come Dancing and Dragons’ Den. Other potential candidates include BBC Studios Productions boss Zai Bennett, Netflix UK content chief Anne Mensah and Apple’s Jay Hunt.
