If you are blind (severely sight impaired), you may be eligible for a 50 percent concession which covers you or anyone you live with, reports the Express. If you're living in residential care or sheltered accommodation, you might be eligible for a concessionary TV licence at a cost of £7.50 per room, flat or bungalow.
