BBC Traitors fans ‘heartbroken’ as Diane’s fate is finally revealed

Fans of the The Traitors were left heartbroken following Wednesday night's episode, after it was revealed fan favourite Diane had failed to cheat the poisoned chalice

Now, one week on the truth has finally been revealed as Diane sadly didn't manage to dodge death or rumble that the mysterious goblet of wine was poisoned. However, host Claudia Winkleman later revealed a further twist as she explained that the poison’s effect wasn’t immediate, something which caused a clear moment of confusion among the Traitors when they spotted Diane, still alive and well, at breakfast the following morning. Diane was killed by the TraitorsAlong the way the contestants were tasked with trying to identify the murdered victim's identity, and if successful at the end of the challenge would add a whopping £7000 to the prize pot.
