BBC to axe 'off the scale' Emma Thompson film which left fans in tears


An Emma Thompson film that has been described as "beautiful and profoundly moving" is set to be dropped from the BBC's iPlayer platform in just a few days time

Featuring an all-star cast, including Dame Emma Thompson, known for her playful encounter with Prince William, alongside Stanley Tucci and Fionn Whitehead, the drama is supported by talented actors Ben Chaplin, Jason Watkins, Nikki Amuka-Bird, and Anthony Calf. Fiona is tasked with the complex case of Adam Henry (Whitehead), a 17 year old Jehovah's Witness suffering from leukaemia, who refuses a life-saving blood transfusion due to his faith, reports the Express.
