BBC The Office star dead at 50 as Ricky Gervais pays tribute
One of the actors from the hit UK version of The Office, created by and starring Ricky Gervais, has died tragically aged 50, it was announced on Wednesday, 21 February
The comedian played Keith Bishop, the slightly oddball character who worked in the accounting section, in the Ricky Gervais show which aired from 2001 to 2003. Welsh actor Ewen MacIntosh, who starred as Keith Bishop in the UK's version of The Office, has diedAnother friend Ed Scott, head of Dodged A Bullet Music, also wrote a tribute on X, saying: "I am completely devastated by the loss of my very good friend@ewenmacintosh. The cause of Ewen's death was not immediately clear, but in February 2022 he worried fans with a selfie taken from a hospital bed showing him hooked up to an IV drip.
