The Apprentice star Lord Alan Sugar has opened up about the moment he was told he had a deadly heart condition, which shockingly turned out to be life threatening

Yet Alan, who used to be in charge of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, got a huge shock when a doctor told him he had a very serious problem with his heart. Relating the story to Piers Morgan on his TV show, he said that after the bike ride, he felt pain and thought something wasn't right.
