BBC Studios' Saul Venit is exiting after working for Lookout Point and on 'Gentleman Jack', 'Last Tango'
He rose to Director of Business and Legal Affairs before spending nearly a decade as Chief Operating Officer of BBC Studios-owned Lookout Point. During that time, the indie rose to become one of the UK’s most prolific scripted producers, making the likes of Gentleman Jack, Last Tango in Halifax and Les Misérables. In a note to staff, Linsey said: “During his time with us Saul has been instrumental in consolidating and growing our portfolio of scripted labels and he’s leaving us in very good position with a strong team to build on the incredibly successful multi-award-winning group of producers.
