BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans all say the same thing about opening sequence - and they're not happy

Strictly Come Dancing fans were left divided as the pre-recorded opening video aired ahead of the 20th launch show of the BBC One series on Saturday night

Fan favourites Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman were serving up glam in the iconic ballroom on Saturday (September 16), as the nation got its first taste of this year's action with the pre-recorded launch show lighting up screens on BBC One. Not only did Tess and Claudia make a grand return, but judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke also reclaimed their seats, ready to critique and praise the fresh batch of 15 celebrity partnerships. But before the dynamic duo could introduce the class of 2024, viewers at home had quite the reaction to the opening skit featuring the pro dancers and presenters living it up on a party bus, with many squirming in their seats.
