BBC Strictly Come Dancing confirms Coronation Street star for 2024 line-up

Strictly Come Dancing bosses have added Shayne Ward to the star-studded line-up alongside the likes of Love Island beauty Tasha Ghouri, podcast host Pete Wicks and comedian Chris McCausland

Shayne Ward has been named as the the eighth famous faces confirmed for the brand new series of the BBC show set to return next month joining the likes of Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, podcast host Pete Wicks in the battle to lift the prestigious glitterball trophy. The latest announcement comes just 24 hours after Pete and Tasha were officially added to the Strictly 2024 cast list. JLS hunk JB Gill, Welsh opera singer Wynne Evans, eighties icon Toyah Willcox, Morning Live's Dr Punam Krishan and comedian Chris McCausland were also confirmed earlier this week.
