BBC Radio 2 presenter Jo Whiley has unveiled her incredibly ripped body as she opens up about how she 'lost herself' during the menopause - and how she got back on track

Reflecting on that time, Jo said: "I think when Covid happened, it was exposed that there was this huge forgotten sector of society people with learning disabilities.
