BBC Springwatch fans call out Chris Packham over his 'annoying' recurring habit
Springwatch has returned and viewers were left fuming after they spotted a running theme surrounding presenter Chris Packham
He continued: "Now, Girls and Boys, there's no other way to spend a Monday night, you've got your Coffee and TV, and we're going to dive into the Chemical World of insect vesicant and a practical demonstration of esophageal peristalsis." Chris mentioned several of Blur's song titles throughout the episode (Image: Getty)Michaela confessed: "If they feel threatened, they do something remarkable," and elaborated that: "They ooze blood from their leg joints, the substance is called a cantharidin ... which is capable of causing burns." While Chris mimicked the beetle's defence behind a picture, he cleverly quipped, referencing a famous Blur track: "It does come out of the knees, not the Beetlebum," alluding to the band's hit 1997 anthem.
