BBC Radio 2's Romesh Ranganathan lost 3-stone thanks to two lifestyle changes


TV funnyman and BBC Radio 2 DJ Romesh Ranganathan is known for his larger-than-life personality, but he lost an impressive amount of weight with some small changes in his life

Before he began hosting the show, 46 year old Romesh opened up about his impressive weight loss journey, revealing he's dropped around three stone. Chatting on the ITV Jonathan Ross Show late last year, the comedian even shared his secret to success: "Diet and exercise". The bits I found slightly difficult was when they'd say something like, 'Now, you fall out of a hot air balloon, land on some corn and you're chased by a robot chicken... can you do those noises? '
