BBC Radio 2 star Rob Beckett has been open about his struggles with body image, even admitting he 'hated' his body as a teenager, but now he's found a healthy lifestyle

Rob, 38, who hosts hit podcast Parenting Hell with Josh Widdecombe, spoke out about his insecurities in his memoir, A Class Act, in which he emotionally revealed his difficult relationship with his body and how he'd been subjected to cruel jibes about his looks. He described his body as being “like a bag of mashed potatoes” in his memoir, and revealed his "hairy back" and "Jaffa Cake nips" had made him the subject of endless jokes.
