BBC Radio 2's Claudia Winkleman fights tears as she says 'goodbye'

Claudia Winkleman, best know for Strictly Come Dancing and The Traitors, has official waved goodbye to Radio 2's listeners as she hosted her final ever show on the station

Her voice wavering as it sounded like she was fighting tears, she added: "But my biggest thanks are to you the listeners, I have worked in tele for 24 years and I have never been more nervous than I was taking over for Graham you were warm welcoming and so lovely to me... I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who works on the show, I will continue to visit with badly made biscuits and will pester the bosses to present the odd special." Claudia told listeners last year that she was leaving the show (Image: Instagram/claudiawinkle)"I couldn’t be happier that Romesh is taking over Saturday mornings on Radio 2," she shared.
