An update on the death of BBC Radio 2 DJ Steve Wright has been revealed five months after his tragic passing, when he was found dead at his Marylebone home

BBC Radio 2 DJ Steve Wright died from a ruptured ulcer in his stomach, his death certificate has confirmed. The renowned radio presenter, a well-known voice across the UK, passed away unexpectedly aged 69 at his £2million residence in Marylebone, London on February 12. He stepped down in September 2022, replaced by Scott Mills in a schedule shake-up, but Wright continued to present Sunday Love Songs on BBC Radio 2.
