BBC Radio 1 star brands I'm A Celebrity's Dean McCullough 'a snake' after shock snub

Many viewers were surprised by Dean McCullough's decision to ditch his BBC Radio 1 colleague Melvin Odoom in favour of teaming up with Coleen Rooney on I'm A Celebrity

The first episode saw five stars skydiving onto a beach for their first challenge, with Danny Jones and ex-boxer Barry McGuigan leading the pack. Tulisa Contostavlos paired up with Corrie's Alan Halsall, while Jane Moore chose her Loose Women co-star GK Barry. After the celebrities paired up, Tulisa and Alan became leaders of the camp, and selected Barry and Danny Jones to do the first Bushtucker trial of the series.
