BBC One announces new season of Strike with Tom Burke and Holliday Grainger: The Ink Black Heart is coming soon!

A new season of Strike is coming to the BBC - it will be based on the 2022 Robert Galbraith (aka JK Rowling) novel The Ink Black Heart.

It follows successful cartoon creator, Edie Ledwell, who begs to see private detective Robin Ellacott ( Holliday Grainger). It’s up to Robin and partner Cormoran Strike to uncover the identity of the killer – and whether it’s related to the mysterious online ‘Anomie’ character. They are joined by new cast members David Westhead ( Bodyguard), Christian McKay ( Rivals), Emma Fielding ( Sanditon), Tupele Dorgu ( Ridley) and James Nelson-Joyce ( The Gold) amongst others.
