BBC investigation into allegations against Strictly's Giovanni Pernice will publish its findings within hours after Amanda Abbington said she has no regrets about probe

The probe's findings are set to be released just days before the 20th anniversary series is due to start.

A source told the publication that Amanda is concerned the BBC will focus on one explicit video Giovanni shared and that the result will only be based on this evidence. Amanda's husband Jonathan Goodwin, a former escapologist who was left paralysed in 2021 after a TV stunt went horribly wrong, also corroborated her claim of physical sickness. Two weeks ago Giovanni feared that the bosses of the Italian show would not sign him due to him not yet being exonerated as the BBC continues to take its time revealing the outcome of its investigation.
