BBC EastEnders legend returns to Albert Square with Freddie Slater

EastEnders legend‌ Mo Harris is making a return to the BBC soap this spring to reprise her iconic role, along with her great-grandson Freddie Slater, played by Bobby Brazier

Over her 19 collective years in Albert Square, Mo was never far from drama and has been involved in some of the show’s most iconic storylines, including her long-time feud with Pat Butcher (Pam St Clement), helping a young Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) give birth on Dot’s sofa, and ceremoniously pretending that Kat (Jessie Wallace) had died in one of her many money-making schemes. ‌Fans will know Mo well as she first landed on our screens in 2000 as the no-nonsense matriarch of the Slater family (Image: BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron) Read MoreRelated Articles Natalie Cassidy on tragic death of EastEnders pal: 'I've lost a dear friend' Bobby Brazier revealed he has no idea what is in store for Freddie Slater (Image: BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)Chris Clenshaw, Executive Producer added: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome back Laila Morse to the role of Mo Harris.
