EastEnders fans are convinced that they have 'worked out' Stevie Mitchell's true intentions as he made an unexpected return to Albert Square on Monday night's episode

Steve, played by Guy Ritchie star Alan Ford, arrived on Albert Square in the soap's latest episode, leaving his estranged son Billy Mitchell both stunned and angry over the unexpected visit. The character first appeared earlier this year at Aunt Sal's funeral, and quickly highlighted the frosty relationship he had with his son, after having surrendered him into care as a child.
