BBC boss Tim Davie has revealed that the Strictly Come Dancing investigation is "pretty close" to nearing its outcome. The BBC director general shared that the investigation into 2023 contestant Amanda Abbington's claims that she was mistreated by her dance partner Giovanni Pernice is nearing its end. "Amanda was greatly reassured during her first interview when she was told by the BBC investigators that her account was fully believed - and now it is down to the corporation to release their findings.
