BBC apologises for 'lapse' in standards after coverage of Prince Harry interview

The BBC has admitted 'we failed to properly challenge this' in the Today programme coverage of the Duke of Sussex bombshell

In response to the unsuccessful legal challenge, a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace stated: "All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion." During his chat on Today, Mr Aitch, who is the director of operations at security services company Mobius International, expressed that he "was shocked but certainly not surprised" by the court's decision. Harry also told BBC News that he can only safely visit the UK if he receives an invitation, and that the King could help resolve the situation not by intervening, but by "stepping aside and allowing the experts to do what is necessary".
