Battle of the bands! Oasis kids and Blur hit the Burberry show at London Fashion Week
Given their rekindled affection and imminent tour, it was hoped the Gallagher brothers would be among the guests at yesterday's Burberry show.
Celebrities of stage, screen and sport joined luminaries from the music industry to watch the unveiling of a spring/summer 2025 collection that Daniel Lee, the brand’s chief creative officer, will be counting on to reverse its fortunes. They were joined by models Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Iris Law, David Gandy and Poppy Delevingne, actors Olivia Colman, Barry Keoghan, Jodie Turner-Smith and even royalty in the form of Lady Amelia Windsor. The collection borrowed heavily from the Nineties, with mesh polo shirts, zippered combat pants and cagoules all making an appearance, worn with the decade’s stalwart, the clog.
