The singer and actor passed away at his home in Maui on Sunday at 88 years of age on Saturday, his family confirmed in a statement Wynonna Judd also took to her Instagram story with a snap of her and Kristofferson, stating, 'One of my favorite people on the planet... RIP @kriskristofferson.' 'It is with a heavy heart that we share the news our husband/father/grandfather, Kris Kristofferson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28 at home,' his family said in a statement.
