When pressed about whether she was telling the truth, the Oscar winner insisted that she really doesn’t remember but noted she and Beatty are “still friends.” In her own 2016 memoir, Kathy Griffin claimed she once overheard Streisand and Beatty discussing the alleged hookup at a party.
