Barbie director Greta Gerwig dazzles in black velvet gown as she joins stars at the Chopard Trophy dinner during 77th Cannes Film Festival
The stars were out on the bight of the fourth day of the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.
Along with Gerwig, some of the other big stars who attended the posh event included the likes of Kevin Costner, Demi Moore, Lily Gladstone, Eva Longoria, Caroline Scheufele, Sophie Wilde, Carla Bruni, Mike Faist, Xavier Dolan, Maria Borges, among many others. In the wake of her history-making work on Barbie (2023), she choose to follow up by helming The Chronicles of Narnia film adaptations for Netflix, which will mark her fantasy debut, according to Variety. She also co-wrote the upcoming musical fantasy film Snow White, directed by Marc Webb, and starring Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, that's slated to premiere on March 21, 2025.
