Barbara Windsor's widower Scott Mitchell has opened up on finding love again with Tanya Franks, saying it 'can't be easy' for her to follow his late TV legend wife
Dame Barbara Windsor's widower Scott Mitchell has opened up on how he is learning to love again with "wonderful" EastEnders star Tanya Franks - admitting it "can't be easy" to step into the late TV legend's shoes. Barbara died in December 2020, aged 83, after a battle with Alzheimer's disease, leaving a devastated Scott, 60, mourning the loss of his wife of 20 years. The 61 year old also revealed that he wanted to live his life not worrying about what other people said, and opened up on his earlier struggles with alcohol, which he said was due to the pressure of others' opinions on his age-gap marriage to older Barbara.
