Costos and Smith have been longtime Democratic donors and hosted the first Los Angeles fundraising events for Joe Biden’s 2020 and 2024 campaigns. Also on the calendar: A September 26 reception for the Harris Victory Fund featuring Sheryl Lee Ralph. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump will be in Los Angeles on Friday for a round of fundraising, with the hosts yet to be disclosed for that event.
