Barack Obama Had Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé on Repeat This Year


Barack Obama released a list of his favorite music of 2024, and featured Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, and Karol G on his yearend playlist.

Some big 2025 tracks made Obama’s cut: Billie Eilish’s “Lunch,” Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Tyla’s “Jump,” Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold’Em,” and “Hozier’s “Too Sweet.” Obama’s taste for jazz made it on the list thanks to Ezra Collective and Yazmin Lacey’s “God Gave Me Feet for Dancing,” and he shouted out soft R&B rising singer Rae Khalil by including “Is It Worth It” from this year’s Crybaby.
