Ballerina first trailer: Keanu Reeves makes a cameo as John Wick opposite Ana de Armas' vengeful killer
Ana de Armas is starring in the new John Wick spinoff Ballerina. And on Thursday a first look of the highly anticipated neo-noir action thriller was shared. The film will be released in June.
In the fast-paced clip, Ana can be seen as a child with a bloodied face before she is recruited by Ian McShane to train at an elite assassin academy under a demanding instructor portrayed by Sharon Duncan-Brewster. Toward the end of the clip, Keanu Reeves is seen as John Wick as he confronts Anna's martial arts proficient ballerina. The star started his work on the first John Wick film in 2014, which was about a legendary assassin who comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters that killed his dog and took his car after the death of his wife
