Great British Bake Off's Nadiya Hussain has opened up on her health woes over the last two years and emotionally revealed that she has been diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases
Nadiya recorded herself talking to her fans on Instagram and said: "I cannot express enough the importance of taking care of yourself.
