Bafta taking Oppenheimer stage invasion 'seriously'

A YouTuber gatecrashed the speech for best film, alongside Christopher Nolan and Cillian Murphy.

A Bafta spokesman said: "A social media prankster was removed by security last night after joining the winners of the final award on stage. At the Baftas, the Oppenheimer team were sitting together to the right of the stage before Nolan, Thomas, actor Cillian Murphy and producer Charles Roven got up to collect the trophy. Oppenheimer was the big winner at the awards, which were broadcast on BBC One, taking home seven prizes including best director for Nolan and best actor for Murphy.
