Previously nominated for a Golden Globe for his iconic role in The Pianist (2002), for which he also won the Best Actor Oscar, Brody's latest project is a historical drama directed and co-written by Brady Corbet. Taking the stage to accept his award, the 51-year-old Oscar winner expressed gratitude for his designer partner, 47, acknowledging her support, as well as the tough competition in his category, which included heavyweights like Timothée Chalamet, Daniel Craig, Colman Domingo, Ralph Fiennes, and Sebastian Stan.
